MP still challenges me occasionally, whereas I
breezed through Omega on Insanity. So yes,
Multiplayer was much better than the Singleplayer.

Over 400 hours in mp.
Only 30 in SP. Terrible campaign.

I feel like the bsn community has a lot more input into what happens for our (mp) dlc's. In a way we actually get to work on the development of mp by giving input to the devs (who actually take the time to listen to us) which is a really neat thing that a lot of companies don't do. Sp to me is more "discovering" what the devs created and working with it to get to the next level. I like both, but it's also hard to compare both.

Yes. They are both great in their own way. You play SP for story and RPG. You play MP for shooting the everloving crap out of things in a very enjoyable way.Titus Thongger wrote...
SP was great. Still enjoyed the story. Did shed many a manly tear.
MP was a spectacular success.

Let me say now, that if Mass Effect 3 had been a multiplayer game only, I likely never, NEVER would have picked it up. When I heard that they were "tacking on" a multiplayer mode, I said, "oh, brother, that's just brilliant," but they made an amazing multiplayer experience.
That said, let me say, Mass Effect 3 was a great SP experience. All of the whiny people griping over the ending "negating our choices" and just generally sucking are over-reacting in my opinion. Did the ending seriously blow? Yeah, it did, but it was a freaking war to the death. How many ways could it end? Your choices impacted your ride to the end, not the destination. Truth is, most people weren't going to be happy unless the game ended with Liara and Shepard together on a hill in a house with a white picket fence, that, or Shepard ascending to the right hand of God. SP will always be greater than MP for me (also, I play a soldier, and having to use consumables for neutered ammo powers annoys me to no end).

SP was so... meh.
MP still has me on from time to time.

MP is definitely better. But ME1 SP was better than ME3 MP.
Edit: ME2's campaign was also better than ME3 MP. My dozen or so playthroughs can tell you that.

You can't close the reactor on people in SP. Nuff said. Right, Radford?
I concur, this feature alone secures MP's superiority to the SP part of ME3!
(I'd watch my back the next time we play reactor hazard if I were you ಠ_ಠ)
Ah, yes, EZ-Bake, we have dismissed these claims.

After playing multiplayer on RE6 I don't find the multiplayer on ME3 all that fun at all, really . I'll always love the SP for the Mass Effect series a sh*tton, though.

SP was fun but in no way compares to the enjoyment I've had in MP. I hope there is a strong focus on this aspect carrying over to ME4. Hopefully my manifest comes along also!

1100+ hours in MP
3 playthroughs on SP not sure on the hours but lol its not even close to 1100 thats for sure
Note: I loved the SP part, (i'm not one of the people who complained about endings or anything, I genuinely like the ME storyline/universe)but the MP did consume it and take over thats for sure.

I definitely would not have played as long nor enjoyed the game as much if it wernt for MP. because in MP you can actually play the characters you've always waned to play, Turian, Quarian, Krogan ect.
dont get me wrong. the SP was a great experience. but I dont feel its one to go over and over and over (aside from things like stock ME3 begining, import paragon character, import renegade character ect to see the subtle changes in cut-scenes and the like)
