Powerstream is from Megaman Legends for playstation. Its the most powerful upgrade to his buster arm gun. He finds it in a chest befor fighting the last boss, Megaman juno.

BIO is from BioWare (before it was Mr.AdmiralX), Admiral was a rank I had in a starcraft 1 guild called ~X~ since almost nothing these days supports "~" as a valid symbol I dropped them.
