I have two Xbox live accounts on my Xbox (spouse/myself).

Apparently we bought Wardens Keep under my spouse, and Stone Prisoner under my account. It's one game per console so this was working fine.

Our Xbox had the red ring of death and it's more than 4 years old so no warranty and I went and bought a new Xbox and transferred the hard drive. Everything is working but DAO. It says "Unable to load. Corrupt DLC" and is telling me to download (purchase) Wardens Keep and my spouses account to download (purchase) Stone Prisoner.

So the whole game won't work (which is so frustrating) just because we had to replace our Xbox. How can I get it to recognize the games on the new console? I've tried redownloading them to no avail.  I see both downloads under System and one works on one account, and one on the other.

Thanks for any help - I miss playing!

I've never tried it before so can't give you a whole lot of detail, but you should be able to use Microsoft's new transfer tool to move your licenses to your new xbox.

Jason - That worked! I am back in the game! I did get "unable to access your online profile storage. the game has encountered an error" but I was able to resume. So I hope that doesn't matter.



But my DLC/Game works now so that's something!
