I'm Sorry, But the Geth Infiltrator Needs a Nerf

Without anything in Fitness, how would you even survive banshee warp balls? I never use cloak to deflect aggro, so infiltrators have HORRIBLE survivability for me (except TGI).


Map awareness. After breaking TC you have about 1-2 seconds before enemies start targeting you, which is enough time to get behind soft cover provided you know exactly where it is. Shield regen equipment is also helpful, I always bring either that or straight up shotgun damage Image IPB

If you don't take the last 2 ranks of TC how do you use the debuff of PM? The standard combo is (with the free power from tier 6 TC) TC -> PM -> Shotgun Blast to the face.

GI kit is beating OPS favorite class and asking for nerfs despite him having access to same class as everyone else.

Enemies target me IN TC, so that doesn't work for me.

PM breaks cloak, but you get 2.5 to 1.5 seconds of boosted damage. Basically, Cloak+PM is one practically one move followed by a Claymore shot. I actually think 2 can be boosted if you RC fast enough. But either way, you'll have 1.5 seconds of damage boost, so you don't need rank 6 to get the debuff.

You can nerf all three Geth in one fell swoop this way. And only you feel the pain. A win-win for everyone!

TGI is still better. It gets invincibility frames with its stim packs...

If you want a more balanced game, you need less bosses because that is what puts infiltrators so far above other classes now.

The bosses should've always been more limited and turned into incredibly deadly enemies. Of course bosses will always just be bullet soakers now. Just stand behind a wall and use right hand advantage. This game is painfully boring.

Enemies target you in TC if they see you go into it or if you are in it but walk very close to the front of them (I also believe enemy geth have increased TC detection radius but that's not confirmed Image IPB). So what you do is find soft cover or hard cover, TC, do your damage combo, precede back to soft cover, rinse and repeat. The opportunity cost of using the damage buff time created by breaking TC is that during that time the enemies are re-targetting you. Actually using the damage buff time is something you should only do if you're playing with a weapon that needs to fire more than 1 shot to kill an enemy.

QFT. Why are we even talking about this? He's a great kit in the hands of good players, and a source of easy revive medals in the hands of others. HM halves his shields, and he has little to no health. A glass cannon if I ever saw one. His high damage potential is justifed. Deal with it.

he has the best damage output for sure and makes eevry wepaon feel a little OP but he has weak shields. If nyathing needs a nerf its teh TGI who can almsot match his damage output when using a harrier and also has stim packs

It needs a serious buff if anything

- More shields and health
- Longer cloak with more damage

I can only run this kit in bronze and that is a struggle

In the hands of a good player and maxed manifest, any class is overpowered. That being said, some classes are notoriously stronger than others. If everything was the same, I would be bored.
