I would be the Asari Huntress, because firstly I love being a woman gamer, (there's not enough female characters to chose from though, and I thought asari where technically monogender...) Invisibility would be awesome and perfect for all my devious needs. 
Biotics are veeerryy cool, and lastly asari are simply beautiful and I could get all the guys! not selfish reasons at all ;D

Unfortunately this wouldn't work because the person you were trying to joke on would still see you even cloaked.... plus you have a max of 11 sec if you spec for duration 5 if not and thats not really enough time to pull off an epic joke imho.
Not to mention everyone you tried to practical joke on would log on to ghost forums and talk about how cloak is OP and raise hell about nerfing it.

The Turian Sentinel, I'd be imposing and viscous. Would probably turn down the ladies though..

umm, you can do that in your character's appearance. mine is named Grunt and his suit is same as Grunt'sBlack zr1 wrote...

Definitely Human Infiltrator, not limited to jokes. Think about stealing **** at the local market, trolling police patrols "Look that car drives itself!", watching your neighbor taking a sho... well, let's say the possibilities are endless.
