Go home and press the smiley face up along the top bar. Then scroll across to your profile name and it will say it on your profile card.

Well, depends. If you have a starter that isn't Charmander or Froakie.
If you happen to have version X and Aron, Houndour or one of their evolutions one of those would work too.
Or any of Kadabra, Graveler, Haunter or something that evolves after trade that'll work too.

Preference in declining order from the top
If you don't have any of the above then it doesn't matter.

Flame Body halves the amount of steps you need to hatch an egg anyway your Pokémon hatched so waiting for you to get on P.S.S.
