I am a professional mathematician, so Mathemagician (Tech mastery).

Also, I have fond memories of Niftu Cal from Mass Effect 2, so Biotic God (Biotic Mastery) has a special place in my heart. I use it when I am feeling whimsy, or playing my Volus Adept.

I like the color of Council Operative, and while it requires a lot of objectives I like almost every single Council race kits. Similarly, the composition of Machinist is great and I'm a fan of Geths & Quarians.

I wear a different one all the time... usually the latest one I got.

If i had to pick one, it would be Operator, cause I'm more about making sure the team gets extracted than about running up a high score.

I used the Death Guard a long time because I wanted to reward myself for all the time spent hunting down Husks but now I use Council Operative for the colors

On XBOX I just use my Nomad banner- mainly because I love the design. It reminds me of ME1 and I adore that game. It seems iconic as well. 

On PC I just use the only banner I've earned which coincidentally looks quite nice IMO- The Hero of the Last Days is a nice and fitting title to me also. I don't want to be in a lobby banner less! My N7 rating is incredibly low and my weapons are still middling.

 I use SMG Mastery.  I use it because I did a lot of grinding to get it.  Also, I found it so boring that I will never do any grinding to get another banner ever again, so my options for changing it are limited.

I have Hero of the Last Days, because I have not figured out how to turn all the banners off, an idea that someone posted on another thread didn't work. I had the Dog of War banner out for two days, but it seemed to get a negative reaction from some of the folks in pugs. So I changed it to a banner that almost anyone could get, plus HotLD looks nice. Would still prefer to have none, sorry I ever selected Biotic God (the first banner I was awarded), in the first place.

I wear my Sniper banner because my favorite character is and will always be my Tali sniper with a BW. I'm a reasonably good shot, and it's also to let people know I'm not precisely playing my main when I'm using an N7 Fury or a Soldier.

A bit of pride, and a small pinch of ego. Maybe a little bit of comfort, for players who might otherwise have thought they were grouping with a complete unknown.

I am featuring "Best of the Best" at the moment, because I unlocked it some days ago and I usually featured the banner I just unlocked until I unlocked the next one.

But it's kind of ugly and some people have prejudices against it, so I am probably going to change it to something else in the near future. Maybe the Commando Banner (Council Operative). I don't know.
Most likely something blue or red.
