What could this next DLC possibly be about if it is not The IT??? Could it finally be a Conventional Victory? or will Shepard's crew find him?

No one knows what it is but it will not change the ending!!!! Accept it!
I have accepted it. I am just hopeing it will be a post ending DLC, which wouldn't change the ending, thus hasn't been ruled out

My guess is it will be about the Prothean research team that traveled from Illos to the Citadel 50,000 years ago to mess with the Keeper signals.
That would be cool.

It's what ME3 needs, what the series needs, just whether Bioware will give the fans/paying customers what they want.
I don't want IDT. Therefore they are giving me whom is both a fan and paying customer what I want by not using it.

I was poking fun at the phrase "the fans and paying customers". The fans and paying customers want different things being the principle as individuals not as a whole.
The next DLC will actually relate to the collectors and their part in the war. There will probably be a confrontation with Harbinger but you won't be able to kill him as he is required to be alive for when later showed up in the core game. There won't be a IT DLC or Refuse=Win DLC. Reunion slide might or might not ever happen. I know this because I am clearly a god.

I hope that it is a Harbinger related DLC. I really miss his speeches on dust struggling against cosmic wind. A reunion scene would also be nice touch in wrapping up Shepards trilogy as well, or a scene relating to the love interest like Shepard and Tali building a house on Rannoch or little blue children running all over the place. Leave the endings as they are I just want full clarification on Shepard and the Normandy crew.
That's what I want too, both the reunion and full clarification on everyone. But honestly, we don't know much about the DLC that's coming, we can only hope that it's something we want.

In control Shepard's LI finds out what happened to Shepard and its is shows the love interest talking to Shepard in his/her new form.
In synthesis the LI is at Shepard's grave but they are smiling remembering the good times.
In destroy Shepard is doing whatever he/she promised to do with the LI before the end of the war. Little blue children and houses on Rannoch or something similar.

I don't think that they can please everyone, because it's a lot of work, which don't worth it at all. So they will choose one of the sides. There is no need to be genius to find that they would prefer those one who liked existing endings. It's the loyal audition, so they can continue to work with them.

Me neither and I don't even want to speculate and disappoint myself.....but finding my Shepard dead or alive would be nice. The only thing I hate is how many assets we keep getting and not even a mention of them in the ending or even a still picture like from the extended cut.

These threads confuse me. It'll just be another omega-type DLC. Some kind of mildly interesting, stand-alone mission that has no affect outside of itself beyond possibly one or two dialogue references from whatever voice-actors/resses they already hired for it. It's not going to affect the endings at all.
Well that's kinda the point. DLC is supposed to generally be unrelated to the main plot. Hence why it is extra content that you pay for.
But I think Bioware has spoiled players with Lair of the Shadow Broker(starts the Crucible storyline of ME3,) Arrival(sets up the beginning of ME3 by delaying the arrival,) and Leviathan(reveals the Reapers' full origin.)
DLC is really supposed to be just side quests. Like Bring Down the Sky, Overlord, Firewalker, Kasumi/Zaeed, From Ashes, and Omega.

Well if you chose Control, I would imagine ReaperShep sent messages out to the fleets and worlds. Y'know, so they wont attack the Reapers while they're trying to help rebuild. That's probably what the speech he gives in the Control epilogue is - his proclaimation to the galaxy.
As for synthesis, the Reapers themselves probably explain it.
In destroy, unless you have the highest EMS variable, they would figure Shepard is dead because of his synthetic implants and the massive explosion within the Citadel.
It's only in the highest variable that the damage is so minimal, people doubt that you're really dead.

After my first ME3 playthrough I did have a hunch Harbinger was being saved for a DLC down the road. With 'from ashes' from a lore standpoint being pretty important, I just thought that all ME3 DLC was going to be lore heavy , otherwise why buy it if the series was over.
How would a battle with Harbinger work? We saw him at the end and if you choose destroy they all supposedly die, so do you think maybe stubborn Harbinger is not taken down from the crucible and Shepard and crew fight it in the new DLC? After saying I did not want to speculate...there I go lol.

iirc there's an unused variation of the line where Anderson says that Herbinger is coming in which he doesn't call him by name, so he could theoretically die in a DLC.
