Ending the Rannoch arc. First two playthroughs I finished it with an upper left option and pleaded with the quarians. The third time I went with the lower right one, and I don't think I'm ever going back. Letting the quarians know that you're sick of their stupid grudges and that if they want a genocide, they'll get one...powerful stuff. Really matches the frustration I felt with their entire race at that moment.

Curing the genophage, Mordin singing, me crying.

2nd best scene was the tunnels with the assault groups led by me and Grunt.

I swear I didn't even know I liked Grunt very much until then. I cheered when it was all over, and Grunt came staggering out of the tunnels blasting bugs left and right. He isn't Wrex but by gosh I was never so happy to call a Krogan a friend.

That's not the lower-right option.

The lower-right option is much better than that (lower-right is almost always the best option in ME3, tbh).

Realizing I had everything Conrad Verner needed for the schematics from his dissertation, and that all those random fetch quests in ME1 finally resulted in something.

Also finally getting refund guy his refund.

most fulfilling? Hmm...probably the ending. Defeating the sentient spaceships who haunted the galaxy for millenia.

Because their overlord let you do it, but only in a way that screws the galaxy.

Well theres several for me but finally ending Cerberus is tops. Letting Kai-leng think he got the drop on tanya but then getting a blade to the belly. and finally getting him back for thane. Second has to be Garrus saying to Shepard he loves her. I never thought he would say that and the third is the mission in London. When I blew up that Reaper with the M960-Cain, I was all like "Welcome to London, ****es." I really felt like I was protecting my home.

Probably going to catch a lot of flack for this, but:

Renegade character - Wrex telling my Shepard he no longer trusts me, on Sur'kesh. To add to that, betraying him and killing Mordin on Tunchanka.

Paragon character - Extended Cut. Telling Ashley to get on the Normandy because "someone needs to make it out alive", followed by Shepard taking over the Reapers. That ending felt like the perfect fit for that playthrough... even if I'm not a fan of the ending in the slightest.

I can't say I enjoyed curing the Genophage so much, as my Paragon Shep (who, ever since Virmire, I've RP'd as always desperately trying to save everyone, even if it's impossible) gave up way too easily when Mordin decided to sacrifice himself. I was hoping for more of a struggle, with Shep saying they'll find another way, and Mordin having to incapacitate Shepard in order to get on the lift and fix things.

Also, I established in the first game, when talking with Ashley, that my Paragon Shep is an atheist. Yet the Paragon response after Mordin dies that reads "He was a good friend" turns into "I'm sure he's in Heaven, now, looking down on us, and putting in a good word with god." Kind of soured the scene for me, personally. *shrug*
