Will Morrigan be back???
I don't know if any of the devs have said anything about this, I certainly did not see anything about Morrigan in the description.  
Or is this one of those things that we have to wait and find out...

I'd assume if they put Morrigan in they'd want to keep it as surprising as possible

Well if Morrigan returns ,It would just make things more interesting,not to mention the look on Alistair's face xD.

I think Morrigan will return in her own expansion or DLC later down the road, I think the returning character will be Liliana based on info received during the ending if your harden her personallity.

I hope not.  She kind of creeps me out.

I'm 99% positive Oghren is the one returning (there are screenshots from the trailer showing him in party formation - plus he is only one of two character -the other being Morrigan - that the PC cannot kill) because accross all playthroughs no matter all the different outcomes (i.e. which companions, died, were killed) he fits every single one.

As much as it saddens me (see my sig) I think leliana will just have a cameo. Although I do agree that it would make the most sense for her (especially if hardened, which I always do so she is a lot less preachy) to come back, but sadly, I doubt she does.
