Agreed. And Banshees, occasionally, when the hos manage to sneak up on me unawares. But a female gamer swearing pegorative female terms at female enemies in-game seems to really bring down the house... and ensure me extra revives and/or soloing the rest of the wave because they literally died laughing. 

 

I can attest to this happening on multiple occasions. I don't know why, but it never gets old.

Not at all. Usually I don't find out people are from the BSN until after I play with them for a little while. I like to play with friends and become friends with their friends or randoms and make friends with them. Eventually the BSN will come up in party chat and we go from there.

I loved Motorstorm (the very first one, Monument Valley) and played it up to the day Evolution Studios decided to shut down the servers. I will be here until the day EA throws the switch. THAT... I can guarantee.

idk about a bsner? but my very first time i played the mp.

i was very nervous..and i may have cried alittle bit afterwards :/

i was soloing, just to get a feel of it. i didnt know what i was doing at the time. after i bled out i sort of neglected it, but sure enough here i am again braver and ready to tackle anything .

I have suspicions. 

Crim, I don't remember if I answered this.

My first random BSNer was Beerfish. He was a great support player using a Volus.

I wasn't nervous, because I never went down! (Super shield restore.) Actually, that may have been the first time I played with a Volus. It was just after they became available in MP.

My first planned BSNers were P51Mus7ang and Das Rouse (and I think Merc IX, but not positive) and yes, I was nervous. And it did feel a little like an audition.

I didn't stay nervous for long, though. Partly because Gold is ABSURDLY EASY when you play with those guys.

My First Game with Disciple888 was a few hours back. And yes, I was nervous. It was my second Platinum match. (First extraction!)

Hum... I remember my first tought after landing for the first time on Firebase White, during the demo days: "hey, this is going to be a walk on the park, I finished ME2 in Insanity with no problem".

Of course, I was wrong and I got my ass kicked. Fun times.

I think we were all nervous the first time, but the important thing is to try to focus and not get too excited too quickly. Endurance counts, so pace yourself. You don't want to blow your reserve too early. If things get a little hairy, just come up for air before diving back in.

Well, as a demo, we only got a fraction of the whole MP experience. We had limited selection of maps (only White and... Ghost?), characters (the basic humans and one other kit for every class, everybody was novaguarding those days), enemies (we got tired of killing those pesky cerberus soldiers) and, of course,  weapons(carnifex was the most desired gun). And we didn't have permanent gear, only the three slot for consumables.
