Finally! Chapter..4...*Headdesk*

Maybe this time around my Avatar will S-Rank one of the Avatar exclusive characters. My headcanon dictates that Lucina is Avatar's real Romance. But I dont feel comfortable having my digital persona marrying a teenager. :I

So my options are:
Flavia
Anna
Say'Ri

Did I miss anyone? Who'd be a good mommy for Morgan?

Also heres my final loadout for my Avatar:
Grandmaster (Im digging the Magic+Sword classes lately)
-Ignis
-Rally Spectrum (TASTE THE RAINBOW!!)
-Solidarity
-Lifetaker
-Counter

I would say Panne would be good, Morgan has both good strength and magic, and as a Taguel she gets beast slayer which lets her clean house with calvary units in combination with Ignis, I put her with Assassin Owain while I put Yarne with Great Lord Lucina. plus, at the time your Avatar is romancing her, she would also be a baby a few tents down, so you are approaching Gregor levels of pedophilia right there

Baby Lucina and adult Lucina aren't the same person anymore though, are they? I'm under the impression that, at the moment that Lucina and the second generation came back in time, time diverged into a separate path such that the Lucina that currently exists as a baby will not become the Lucina from the future, especially considering that the Lucina from the future...

Whatever.

Time travel, huh?

...so after what feels like forever, Lissa's support list is done, barring Chrom's A and Maribelle's B+A, but I can get those at my leisure.

...only 358 first generation convos to go. I am sick of Valm Harbor and Arena Ferox.

I'm out of second seals and haven't advanced far enough in the story to infinitely buy them from a shop, so half my team is sitting in the barracks twiddling their thumbs. I used my last seal to make Libra a sorcerer. His battle model suggests he walks around camp shirtless. Virion still hits on him.

There's been some nice bits of backstory in some of the conversations, Gregor/Cherche was interesting, and Gaius/Maribelle is too, but I haven't finished it. (16 assassin awaiting class change). There are probably others but I've seen so many at this point that they all blend together. Those two are still fresh in my mind.

yes, but I would be remiss to let a post go by without calling Gregor a pedo, plus it is still kind of creepy to me to have someone from our time romance someone who hasn't even been born yet.
Do you think it would interesting to have Chrom and a Female Avatar in a romance?

I'm going to take a break from FEA for a while, so when I continue my Lunatic playthrough, all the DLC I want and Spotpass chapters will have been released.

What do you guys think is the worst class?

IMO, it is Trickster, followed by Bow Knight.

Also are the War Monk/Clerics any good?

Ignoring skills, then I would say that War Monks are one of the most useless. However their level 15 skill (renewal) is amazing and well worth going through the levels for any character possible. IMO. Also, any character that has good stats for a War Monk (high Str/Mag) would make an even better Dark Knight.

On a side note, why do dark knights have to be so awesome yet have that insufferable dog-cone-collar on their neck? blegh

trickster is handsdown the worst class. I agree. But the bow knight is ok. I like to double-duty my units. So they have some sort of ranged and a melee weapon.
War Monks are better than the default healer class in that they can defend themselves. Warmonks along with the pony healers that can cast spells are the best healers.

Sages can doubleduty with magic and heals.

I did this on my first playthrough. I figured that one would have the most story significance, but really, not a lot changed. The scene with Lucina when she figures out who killed Chrom in the future is slightly different, I assume (haven't yet got there in this playthrough, but it'd have to be) but other than that, pretty much identical. Female avatar/Chrom conversations are... ugh. I assume male avatar and Chrom don't "accidentally" see each other naked?

wsandista wrote...

Since I haven't actually used a trickster, I can't say it's the worst, but it's entirely unnecessary. My least favorite class is Valkyrie, it's just a sage made of paper riding a horse. A few extra squares of movement range doesn't make up for the fact they can't take hits, deal as much damage, or heal as good as a sage.

I also don't really like Great Knight. At first I thought, hey, Luna's good, but really, Luna doesn't do a whole lot unless you're fighting an army of generals. 2 or 3 extra damage occasionally? There are oodles of better skills out there. I now usually go General with that tree. *edit: after looking at endgame enemy stats, Luna's slightly more useful later on. I've been mucking around reeking box skirmishes too long. The average defense is like 5.

IMO, it is Trickster, followed by Bow Knight.

*cough* *sputter* Lol, I suppose if someone wanted a ranged attacker, sniper *is* the better choice, But how someone couldn't want an army of archer classes, I'll never know.

Also are the War Monk/Clerics any good?

Other than renewal, which makes them worth it, not really. Libra's the only decent one, as he has the stats to pull it off. Everyone else with access to the class is severely lacking in strength, due to it being a priest/troubadour branch. Of course, you can always reclass someone like Kellam to one, but then you get a magic problem. But if you don't use them as healers, I suppose it's okay... but if you're not using them as healers, there are better classes out there. To be honest, I only ever use sages as healers. Half the time I don't even use them. Sol, Lifetaker and renewal are my healers.

Boo. If you still have a save at the end, fix that right now.

It's not an accident when they see each other in m/m
just kidding, Male Avatar just keeps lecturing Chrom about being more careful and how important he is.
Ok, I'm going to go back and do the right choice this time and headcannon that Kell comes back cause he's just that much of a baws

Well, I said the hubba tester would decide who married in my game. Either everyone but Maribelle and Panne is marrying Ricken, or Lissa, Cherche and Miriel are sharing Stahl and the rest (minus Panne) are sharing Libra. Panne hates everyone.

Also, requisite Gregor joke.

Get that checked out, Greg.

The only person left who can romance Sumia is Fredrick, but that would mean that I would have to use him ;.;

Lol. He's pretty useful starting out but his usefulness definitely diminishes as you progress.

"if you lot have been stealing from everyone, why'd you leave my gold? It's sitting right in my tent! In a bag with the word "GOLD" written on the side! Gosh, even my wallet lacks presence." - Kellam, The Golden Gaffe

Fred's line in my sig is from his and Lissa's supports.

Demon/Dread Fighter is out today, Lost Bloodlines 2. It's supposedly $2.50, not sure as it won't show up until later. But yay, new class, new skills.

I love Donnel's line from exponential growth, calling the Entombed baby killers for eating vegetables. But my favorite so far is Lissa's "I ate a bear once, with my teeth!"
As for Fred, ever since my second play through of Rekka no Ken, I have been conditioned to not use the Jeigan character for anything but a meat shield

I love fire emblem, and I understand why they are doing the gradual release of DLC, but could you imagine the **** storm if Bioware offered up DLC packs and people had to wait to play them? Though that could probably be because nearly everything causes a ****storm

Lol she's so proud of herself. Speaking of Lissa, Kellam's reaction to her pie is hilarious. "Well, it certainly...exists..."

That's what that was from. I couldn't remember which pair that was, lol.

Lissa's culinary skills are also featured in Lissa/Gaius.

Gaius: GAAAACK! Gods, Princess! How much salt did you put in this soup?
Lissa: Just the one bag. Is that too much?

Edit: my favorite quote of the day:

So the infinite regalia DLC sounds neat. It lets you get the weapons that DLC and SpotPass enemies have access to that you don't, like the Ragnell, (at least before you get Parion) Sol Katti, Armads, Gungnir, Double Bow, Valflame, Forseti and Book of Naga.
