I really think they should remove Counter in the next game. lunatic+ is just stupid, and swordmaster is pretty much useless.

Or at least change counter so it doesn't activate when the person who has it is the aggressor.

I would be quite okay if the reduce the counter damage to 1/2 or 1/3 of what it does, reflect full damage is just punishing meelee characters for no reason and forcing many characters to use range attacks exclusively. 2 tiles legendary weapons and armthrift started to become my go-to set up for many matches. I miss playing on Normal where my Morgan solo every map out there, including DLC maps.

Geez, you make it seem like I'm taking pride in soloing the map with one character  . Almost any player out there can do it on Normal, especially with the DLC installed.  Not sure where you get the impression, but I have never taken pride in playing video games.

On another note, when first starting R&R DLC, My Lucina and Kellam each got lethality from Jaffar on Lunatic+. For some reasons, Jaffar uses his OHKO more often. Getting Limit breaker is pretty annoying. I usually have to rely on Armthrift and Aversa's Night. It seems like dodging is more important than dealing damage.

I think it would have been awesome if more monsters from SS were in this game like the zombie dragons.

This game seems to establish that some of the Fire Emblem universes are connected. it would be interesting to know if the manaketes and the Tellius dragons are the same.

The FE1/3 Marth universe is connected to the FE2 Gaiden universe with a possibility of being connected to FE4/5 (Jugdral), I think.

Panne made a reference to the Laguz somewhere.

I posited a few pages back that all of the Fire Emblem Worlds are connected (with Awakening taking place in the same one as the original) through the Outrealm gates, with the outrealm itself (themselves?) being a sort of hub for the infinite worlds (with each save file of each game being a different Fire Emblem World, or at least divergent paths of multiple worlds.) and we know that Outrealm travel is possible between the different settings because Priam refers to himself as a descendent of the Radiant Hero Ike which could say that either Priam came over or more likely one of his ancestors did. But it would get confusing as while the characters know of Lynn, Roy,  and the Elibe saga, When you get Lynn she can imply that you are the same tactician which means there would be outrealm time travel

She seems to be pretty popular. I fought 2 streetpass avatars whose waifu is Tharja. ^_^

I was talking more about the main storyline without the Outrealm gate. We know that Valm is Gaiden's continent and we can guess that Jugdral factored into it (The Deadlords, Naga and Lopt). The last part is still confusing. Some people say it takes place before FE1-3.

So how does this perma death work exactly in the game? Are important characters like for example Chrom "erased" from the main plot if he dies, or is it game over / restart last save?

If your character or Chrom die, it woul be instant gameover. Also, plot relevant characters would just get wounded and retreat. You can't use them for the rest of the game afterward.

Who is plot relevant outside of Chrom and The Tactician. I never really paid attention to who can and can't die.

darnit I meant Maribelle not isabelle.

Shes a Falcon knight healer in my Playthrough. Give her a shockstick and see what happens with her leet magic stat.

edit: Overall I think Panne has the best mances. From Kellam to Donnel. I particularly liked Donnel's end and Ricken's beginning.
Ricken was like a puppy in love and Donnel was literally HUNTING Panne by the end, setting her up for traps. And even proposed to her while she was at the bottom of a trap pit he made(Donnel).

I liked Frederick/Panne for exploitable dialogue. Frederick is so innocently filthy.

Whats your favourite non-MU mance? Panne and Donnel is my fave without question. Its so cute while having shades of buffalo bill. Like pulling on the hair of a girl you like except dialed up to 11.
