Been reading everything reddit has to offer so already knew all the spoilers posted here but i'll just say i'm legit hyped for this game. Definitively buying both versions don't care anymore. Also getting immense pleasure out of the outrage over:

Romancing all the sisters/brothers. Even though there is a rumor that you are not blood related to ANYBODY.

 

It just sucks that this game might be heavily censored for the NA. Some of it i can understand:

Apparent chest rubbing of characters like Elise.

 

However if they remove much more the game is going to lose a lot of it's charm and content.

I like the darker theme they are going for. I like some deaths being unpreventable no matter how much i may like the character, it's part of the reason i love Game of Thrones. I like that the two versions do seem to be quite difference, warranting buying both versions. I like the character customization so far, though more is always better (when will they let us change eye color? At least red is pretty cool). I like everything really. I hope the game does extremely well in sales and the "new" Fire Emblem is here to stay because i may be in the minority but i think i like it better than the old games.

 

Removing all of the weird and creepy rubbing stuff is the only way I would buy the game.

I found someone in my area who owns a Japanese 3DS and she picked up the two versions on the Japanese 3DS store here are a few things she told me:

 

-She did get the second game at a reduced price.

-Each game has 28 missions in the main quest and several paralogue missions so each game is at least as long as Awakening.

-She felt the two versions had plenty of original content.

-The Hoshido versions is a good challenge despite people saying it is the easier of the two games.

 

She still has a ways to go (she stopped playing Noir and is focusing on Hoshido) but she felt she is getting plenty of value for the amount of money she spent (I forgot to ask how much she spent but you can find the yen prices online easily).

Normally I don't tend to go for those either but damn that voice though.

thats true but my problem with when people say this is, that means features like these are "Bulkware" and serve no purpose to the game except by inflating the prices.

Whenever I get the game I imagine I'm gonna go for the one 1 gay character for females as I want to see how it turns out.

It's wack how it's apparently only 1 for each gender, seperated between each versions... they sure like their crummyness.
