The game is basically a paralogue level in Awakening where you have to choose between one side or the other or side with neither.

The fact that big bad gets away in Hoshido and Nohr will probably somewhat irk me. Then again, it will make the moment when we finally play the third route a lot more satisfying.

Elise is the best imouto in the game if you play Hoshido route. It's heart breaking when she died defending Corrin. I'll probably get both versions, the only downside for Nohr is we can't kill Sakura. I hate everyone with the name Sakura

 

Still, I would have prefer the third route is to become your own faction and b-slap the other two factions for being stupid instead of trying to unite them all.

I've seen the cutscene that plays when Elise sacrifices herself and it's the worst. The things she tells Marx just be before she dies and the way Marx lets you kill him afterwards. Screw that, I haven't even played the game yet and that was a horrible thing to see.

I just hate purely named Sakura. All of them have been pretty annoying, Sakura from Fate/Stay Night, Sakura from Naruto, Sakura from street fighters. Sakura from Cardcaptor is the only "ok" Sakura but still not a big fan of her.
