I've got about 5 or 6 favourites I play most times, and a few I play occasionally. There are unfortunately a few I've never touched either for mobility reasons, or just a lack of interest in their powers.

My specialty is with infiltrators sniping. Most of my friends dig at me for not going shotgun infiltrator but I love sniping and widow and BW are my babies. I especially love the MQI with Tactical scan. Debuff the bosses and fire away. Also love my SI. proxy mine is really useful especially as a warning sign of on coming phantoms.

I specialize in a particular weapon more than a character (the N7 Crusader). That's with weapons-based classes of course. As for particular kits, I like to use the Turian Sentinel and Ghost, N7 Destroyer, Geth Engineer and Infiltrator

The challenge system forced me to try new characters. It's really made me appreciate my mains because those 200waves with characters you don't like are such a grind.

I'm almost always playing as the Destroyer. It's the first weapon specialist that I actually enjoyed playing as.

When in doubt of a gold pug, I put on the following kits:
Paladin
SI w BW
MQI TQI and Infildrell with Harrier
Claymore GI

The Paladin is hands-down my favorite character. To change it up I'll play Human Engineer. Challenges gave me a love for the Turian Sentinel and the Batarian Soldier, so I've played them a bit lately too. Now that I'm finished with all the Alien banners, though, I find I'm playing the Paladin pretty much all the time.

I'm not saying I'm the best Paladin player, but I have yet to see anyone in PUGs kick butt with him like I do.  Storming into a fustercluck and laying down the fire shield smack, then reviving two downed teammates, makes me feel like a god.

Destroyer is my go to character, but I also enjoy the Fury and the Slayer a lot.

I pretty much stick with Batarian Soldier unless there is a challenge.
I find I die with the other ones so I always give in a switch back.

I don't really "specialize", but enemy ass tends to get whooped whenever I'm a Senturian or a Brotarian Soldier.

I prefer to keep myself balanced across all my characters, but I do specialize in one character per class.

Adept - N7 Fury
Soldier - Turian Havoc
Engineer - Geth
Sentinel - Krogan
Infiltrator - Quarian Female
Vanguard - Phoenix

On-host, I love my Slayer. Off-host, the Justicar and Demolisher.

I have about two or three kits for each class, but what I play atm is determined by my consumables inventory. I had 230 sniper 3 rails so I have been playing the geth trooper with javelin or gi with javelin. If I had infinite shotgun 3 rails I would probably play almost every character with the wraith, lol.

If playing gold I stick to my Krogan soldier. If silver and bronze I'll play everything else, but I usually play female quarians...

I normally play with these 14 kits (listed in order of preference per kit)
play gold & platinum exclusively

I admit, I tend to kind of get in a rut with certain characters/setups, and play them almost exclusively. First it was stasis sniping Asari vanguard (don't judge me, I was a noob), then Salarian engi, Fury, KroSent, TGI... now I'm in the Huntress phase, and I have to make an effort to play anything else beside her. The reason a phase ends usually is that I run out of suitable equipment.
