Similar situation. As a Volus on jade I had a praetorian pounce at me from the middle level (one flight of stairs down from the spawn/lz) while I was at the bottom of the stairs of the next flight down just by the edge of the map. The damn thing soared over my head landed outside the map and couldn't do anything until we killed it.
I just killed an Atlas...

I have pushed a brute of the map (hydra, I think?) with charge. It registered as a kill obviously. Maybe you did that?

Yep, I took one out with a Charge + Clusternade on the Drellguard awhile back. I was in such shock that I knocked him off a ledge, I was immediately killed by something else as I was standing there basking in glory

I once pushed at Atlas off the walkway on Dagger with a Biotic Charge. It survived but could afterwards not shoot anybody because it was too low. I finished it (still having full armor and a lot of shields) with an M-22 Eviscerator which contributed nicely to the challenge for that weapon.

I saw a Brute jumping to catch a team mate on Rio, and he fell right in the sea. I wish I'd recorded that, I still laugh thinking about it.

Never pushed one off the map but had plenty on Vancouver walk over crash barriers and get stuck. Also 1-shot killed a few but that lag issue, it happens with a lot of the bosses and other times they're in "god" mode! I've earned 1.35 million points killing the damn things I know that.
Sorry slightly off topic here OP. I was just in a match with two Kroguard buddies. One was on 12k on Silver until wave 5 then somehow managed to get 10k points on avg for each wave after and he never died despite having 2 Banshees & 3 Brutes plus other base troops attacking Simultaneously. No gear apart from lvl 3 Stronghold. Weapons on Lvl 1 for Shotgun (Reegar) and 3 For Acolyte. I wasnt sure if he was exceptionally good or cheating. He was also one shotting many bosses in later waves. There were strange things happening like rubber banding and artifacts plus he was moving fast on spot ?
