Street Fighter II differs from its predecessor due to the selection of multiple playable characters, each with distinct fighting styles and special moves. An unintentional bug in the game's code enabled the player to "cancel" during the animation of some moves by performing another move, allowing for a combination of several basic and special moves. This "combo" system was later adopted as a standard feature of fighting games, and was expanded upon in subsequent Street Fighter installments.

So I guess since Newton uninentionally discovered the law of gravity we are all exploiters for sticking to the ground.
lmao this guy
Not even close to being synonymous.
An exploit, in video games, is the use of a bug or glitches, rates, hit boxes, or speed, etc. by a player to their advantage in a manner not intended by the game's designers.

When you are outnumbered, wrong and in over your head, a mature person would concede that they are wrong and apologise.
Some individuals however, are not mature and are incapable of recognising whent hey are wrong.

He/She needs to update their definition of a game exploit.

Yes. I apologize that BW put an unintentional (An exploit, in video games, is the use of a bug or glitches, rates, hit boxes, or speed, etc. by a player to their advantage in a manner not intended by the game's designers.), intentionally into their game and reload cancelling, in no way shape or form falls into that category.

You can't successfully report someone for reload cancelling ergo it's not an exploit.

Animation cancelling was an exploit in Street Fighter 2. It's a feature in Mass Effect 3.

Thank you. I know that. However, it is a bug that was never fixed, merely implented intentionally into future games.

Wait...WHAT?!
Since when cancelling animations into a special it's been considered an exploit in fighting games?
