Im registered for both XBox and PC.

Website shows im registered
I registered the Stone Prisoner Expansion no problem

But when I try to go to Official DLC to download the DLC and get Wardens keep im told "Not allowed access" "Dont have permission"

So whats wrong and how do I fix this?

I had permission yesterday as a XBox only owner but now I have PC I dont!

This is EXACTLY why I prefer XBox 360 over PC, All these stupid head aches that simply should never happen.

Oh I also patched up with no issues!

I I want to do is get my DLCs loaded and then a couple player mods and start playing.

Anyone help with this (Bioware preferably)

Silly question, but did you log in with this account (the one you have here on the Social Network) from within the game menu?

I think so, as I said I downloaded patchs and toolset with no issue so those wouldnt have worked with out either (all goes to same place)

The Offical DLC page here on the site doesn't work for PC users and never has. In fact I wasn't aware that it even worked for anybody.

You would need to go to http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php to redeem your PC DLC.  You buy Warden's Keep from inside the game, under Downloadable Content, assuming you have already bought enough points for it.

Then the DLC should start to download when you next start the game. But there are some hiccups, so there's a sticky that helps troubleshoot issues.
