This Epic new DLC will be «The Phoenix Armor» DLC. It will have its own soundtrack, that will bring tears to your eyes in that touching moment when your Shepard is dressing the white/pink armor to the sound of piano and strings. Also, the Phoenix Armor will be available to all squadmates, for that awesome feel when the 3 ppl team is cruising the Citadel in similar style like a boss. It will also deliver the Xbox «Fashionista» and «Space Diva» Achievements, along with the 500 new war asset points that will unlock one single albeit magical extra dialog line by the Catalyst.
This isn't Fable III we're talking about.

Catalyst: "Wake up."
Catalyst: "Wow I love your outfit, does it come Reaper size?"
Shepard: "Erm, I don't think so. Wait, who are you?"
Catalyst: "I am the catalyst."
Continues as normal...

Just as long as it's not like Omega it'll be a Day One purchase for me.
Don't open up a new area only to immediately close it off to me, and don't involve an NPC "retaking" something (or any other plot device that should directly effect what they're doing following the DLC) only to sit them back on a fcuking couch like business per usual. It makes the DLC feel very pointless and insubstantial, like Shepard suffered a fever and dreamed it all up.
"Open up an area to close to it off" like literally every other DLC released aside from LotSB and nearly all the missions in the game?
Perhaps I could have clarified "close it off without providing adequate reasoning to do so"?
There was no reason why, after liberating it from Cerberus, we couldn't return to Omega and visit the merchants as they attempted to set up shop again. Or visit Aria, for that matter, where she *should* have been following the DLC.

Regardless, if it isn't the ending, what could possibly be enough to "make us cry" and "blow us away" like they think it will?
OP, where are you getting these quotes, and the "Epic" one included in your title? And the idea that Bioware have said this will be their biggest DLC yet?
Why has this question not been answered for page and pages yet people are still treating it like Bioware said this? Seriously, why am I only 1 of about 2 people that have asked for this?
If you hate the end of Mass Effect 3 does that also mean you hate facts and sources and will fully embrace lies in an attempt to **** about Bioware? Because there really shouldn't be this much pages and still no sources.

If not seeing Shepard reunite with his crew and LI...? Damn, I don't know! Anderson's funeral? That would be ending related, so that won't happen either.
The death of a character? Unless they are new, then we know it can be avoided. If they are new, but we get to know them as well as we need Nyreen, then it is unlikely that I'll shed tears.
They won't throw the death of a child in there since they tried that with the kid in the beginning.
I'm at a loss.

Maybe "biggest" is refering to the price, sorry for that.

Trolls should not be fed. Ergo the silence...
srlsy, who gives a rat's ass about the origin of the quotes. Incidentally the "cry" part comes from "high potential for tears"

As for being blown away... d'ya think Bioware aims for "meh"?
So OP may have taken a little creative license. So what? Maybe OP wasn't trying to literally quote them.
Now, back to the original programming...

Or size. LOL
Omega was ok. I'm a big ME fan and would probably download a new toilet for the Normandy.

Wait a minute, asking for sources is considered trolling to you? You honestly consider someone looking for facts to be trolling?
You say OP took a little creative license, but from what? What quote? What source? A tweet talking about a musical piece? Therefore that tweet also said "epic" "blow you away" and "our biggest DLC yet"? Seriously? You honestly believe that's an acceptable spin to put on a tweet or you believe that if someone asks for sources and facts they're a troll.. ?
I never thought I could be surprised by this place anymore but wow. Just wow.

To me ME is tainted and they need to do a helluvalot to get me even near something resembling a bandwagon.
I am truly wondering where it went wrong internally, ME1 was good and made me care ME2 wasn't that good anymore but it wasn't that bad...ME3 was downright TELETUBBIES quality

The line about the music "bringing tears" kills a lot of my interest. Guaranteed someone is going to sacrifice themselves, and it's going to be a huge ordeal, just like the Citadel, Omega, Tunchanka (twice), Rannoch, and however many other times a character plays martyr and we're unable to do anything about it.
I get we Bioware's keen on us being unable to "save them all"... can we at least save someone? Do we really need someone giving up (or trying to give up) their lives every two minutes? It got annoying after Grunt jumped off the cliff in his mission, and it hasn't gotten any better.
Maybe in Legion's case, but even that felt very off.
My apologies for the rant. There just doesn't need to be any more dead heroes.
What a drama queen you are. It's a fight with the reapers, the goddamn apocolypse bringers, and you think 0 casualties is possible? You think that no one you know is going to die in a war with them? That you deserve some kind of "get out of the pains of war" free card or something?
Jack
Grunt
Miranda
Jacob
Liara
Tali
Garrus
Ashley or Kaidan
Wrex
Kirahee
Samara
Chakwas
Kelly
Gardner
Kasumi
Zaeed
Keeneth
Gabriella
EDI
Joker
James
Conrad
Balak
Shiala
Mordin
Wreav
And countless more people who shepard has actually meet and interacted with can all survive in the game. Here are the ones you can't save.
Thane
Legion
Kal'reegar
One of the virmire squad members
Mornith
TIM
Anderson
Kai leng
Oh what an overwhealming amount of death there is compared to the number of squadmate and acquantinces who live. How so very dispraportionatly large the death toll is.
Give me a goddamn break.
What a tough guy you are...
There are more casualties, but it seems we don't care about them, A LOT of people are dying in this game (in Earth while you are in mars, Joker's sister, people who died during the citadel coup... ). Really, if I could sacrifice Miranda , Jack or Kasumi (characters that i liked) to save people in Thessia, Tuchanka, Palaven or Citadel, I'll do it. It's war, a lot of people are going to die, it's expected and sad.
Of course, that doesn't mean you shouldn't be sad and attached, it's normal to try to save them all. But it's something you can't do and I partially agree with the text above, we really saved a lot of squadmates and LI's already. And If the next DLC is pre-ending, be sure that you won't lose any squadmate.
Maybe we can actually see what happens with the people of the Citadel?
Feeling sad and attached is one thing, claiming it's unfair for bioware to make you feel sad or attached, and that no deaths should occur, is quite another. About the people dying on those planets, the thing is that you never see it happening. It all occurs offscreen in a non-personal way. That kind of pain is, unfortunatly, a lot less painful to deal with than when it actually affects you, I'm sorry but that's the truth.
My point was, that the poster I was quoting and chastising, was being overly dramatic with his "can we at least save someone" as if bioware were killing off everyone left and right more so than a dc crossover event or ultimate marvel universe arc end. His way of talking about it is overblown and does not follow the actual facts of the matter.\\
Though I did go overboard and for that I apologize, though I still feel the way I do I should have written my response in a better way. And I would like to see what happened on the citadel a lot, at least to see whether everyone on the citadel is dead or not.
