I tried this. I got as far as possible from the enemy by nova-glitching out of firebase giant and running to the other end of the map. First I tried the executioner as suggested. No difference. Next I tried the Mantis to see if it affected sniper rifles. Again no observable difference. So weapons (pistols and SR's anyway) don't seem to get reduced damage outside of targeting range (and I was very far away). I didn't record any of this though.Its too late at night for me to test it right now, but if anyone else want to test it a 66606 kit with a level X executioner pistol and no weapon damage boosts other than a Pistol Amp V gear will do 1128 damage, just enough to body-shot a silver cerberus Assault Trooper, who has 1125 health.

It might be worth testing it on hydra to get a decent distance, and trying it both with and without aiming using the scope, to see if getting the target lock-on for casting powers makes a difference or not.

Lol, awesome. Can't really think of a situation where duration would be better. If it's duration has run out, you can always cast it again. The cooldown isn't exactly high.

2: Asari dodge can stagger ALL enemies and deal damage. The kill will count as meelee.
3: A phantom can synckill you after she is staggered or jumps down/up platforms - If in range.
4: Possessed abombs don't always respond accordingly to pull or Neuro shock.
5: Yer stability and accuracy increases when shooting from cover. It applies to enemies too

Drells can kill low health enemies by running by them. Their movement speed literally does melee damage very rarely.

A Batarian Vanguard's Biotic Charge knocks the target backward. Following up immediately with heavy melee drags the Batarian along with it, no matter how far back the target is knocked
All Brutes are right handed. You can dodge their charge by simply stepping to the right and watching them go right past you. This works even with characters who can't dodge.
Sticking a shotgun in the "mail slot" of a guardian and pulling the trigger is the most fun thing to do in the game....
....Except using Batarian heavy melee to OHK Phantoms.

Collector Webs and Cerberus Turrets drop in the same locations on maps.
Geth Turrets drop wherever fucks you over the hardest and fire before they are even set into place.

Sometimes I wonder how a Turret ends up where it does. Did the Prime ricochet it? Shoot it through a wall? Spawn it out of thin air?

2: If you kill a prime drone before it's incinerate hits you, it won't stagger you.
3: A prime is still visible a few seconds after it explodes if you have HM or GS.

Mostly. I've never seen Cerberus Turrets at some of the locations that Geth turrets are deployed on Giant. It could be positioning though. Pretty much all static pets are deployed in the same locations on the map.

Hazard maps are more likely to show up on Unknown choice. They should show up about 25% of the time. They actually show up 50% of the time.
...or maybe that's just my bad luck?

If you stagger any mook that has a gun while it's in meelee animation, they will stagger cancel and insta shoot you.
I love it when I get shot by a staggered Hunter when his GPS is literally pointing straight up in the air.

I had one in a lobby the other day. I figured he was just working on challenges or something. Turns out that, after 1002 hours, it was my first encounter with a missile glitcher. In the past I've always told people "Who cares? Take the easy credits then leave when you get back to the lobby." But I can't believe how much I wanted to f*ck up his game. I was going to steal the pizza but we got hack/escort/hack.
If you're a glass half full kind of guy, it is fun laughing at someone who dies on Gold with an infinite rocket launcher.
