- Rare weapon mods increasing weight (Shotgun Omniblade, SR' High velocity Barrel, ...) do not increase weapon's weight if placed on an original weapon (ie not coming from a DLC) and if the other mod do not modify weapon's weight (increasing or decreasing it). Note that Promotional weapons, Indra, PPR, Argus and Raider are not DLC weapons)
- Putting a Bubble Stasis or a Singularity on a Ravager will prevent swarmers to pop out of its sacks.

[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/unsure.png[/smilie]I also believe that phantoms will take increased weapon damage when using their bubble. Can someone confirm or deny this?
I can deny this. They take much less damage from weapons while in their bubble, at least on host.
Didn't know about BB though, I almost never use batarians...
Reave is one other power that goes through the bubble and pretty much eveyr other power-denying ability in the game.

The Paladin can bash away the Banshee's warp ball. I saw s.o. claim to bash rockets also but I never did it. They can be shot down though.
Deploying the shield stops DoT effects on the Paladin.
What? You can shot down the Atlas' rocket? Lol... This thread is amazing. Also, deploying the shield doesn't stop DoT for me. I know lots of people reported this, but it doesn't work for me

- Batarian's Heavy Melee effectively decapitate every mob if it is the fatal blow. This includes Ravagers, Brutes, Banshees, Scions and Praetorians. And trust me, it is hilarious.
Wait... How can you decapitate a Ragaver is it doesn't have a head?
Talking about decapitation, it is possible to blow a Geth Prime's head if killing it with a headshot from a powerful weapon. Wonderful feeling!

Good lord, it has been a very long time since I've run a Demolisher. Kind of forgot about that character.

OPs packs only refill a max of 10 grenades. This only comes into play on a Demolisher specced for max grenade capacity, but still interesting.

Oh, I didn't know that. When I used to run the demolisher I used to not use thermals as well. Ah, youth...

Ravagers have a very tiny head located between the front sack an the front circle between cannons. If you pay attention, you'll even see its eyes (Pic if you don't believe me)
And about Banshees, they burn, but without their head.
BTW, the best thing is to test yourself, you'll see what happens

Hm, don't know about the Atlas' rocket. I meant the frigging rockit trooperz. Aim for the muzzle they say - I can confirm to have shot down a missile (rocket trooper) in mid flight.
I'm quite sure about the DoT mitigation. I'm gonna test it again.
Edit: Yes, deploying the shield stops the DoT. It seems it doesn't remove it, so if you break the stance you can take the remaining DoT.

Doesn't work on every map.Scruffaluphagus wrote...
You can optimize movement speed after jumping off a ledge by rolling (or dodging) forward immediately after landing. This allows you to skip the landing animation that forces you to stay stationary for a second.
This is probably known already by everyone on BSN and their dog, but every single pug I've run into doesn't do it.
Oh, and another thing. On London at the overpass, you can quickly get to ground level by jumping as far off to the sides of the hole in the wall, so you miss the cargo container and land directly on the pavement. This saves a couple seconds by allowing you to skip landing on the container and waiting out the animation/slowdown.
Goddess it doesn't work on the inside ladder, haven't tried it on the outside ladder.
Also: If you do it with a Vorcha, you take damage on the fall. Doesn't happen with any other character.

An easy solution is to dodge.

Vorcha flamers are also right handed. Staying in soft cover on the left side of an enemy means you can flame them without them being able to hit you

If you get killed by something in the middle of a praetorian sync kill, use a medigel immediately and you will be on your feet, ready for action with 0 standing up animation with the praetorian next to you
It's the same for a Banshee. It counts you as dead before the Sync Kill. Letting you Gel or get revived.

Also, you can destroy their rockets by shooting at them. Powers don't work though as far as I can tell.
Oh, and if you die while being grabbed by a Husk/Abomination, or in the middle of an instant-kill animation, you get revived as soon as you are free from the enemy's grasp, without using a gel.
Aaaaaaaaaand... I dunno why no one does this, but if you tap the melee button while running, you do a heavy melee instantly. Works on all characters except for the Drell, and it's especially useful on krogans, since you can do 2 HMs in succession with this method.

Probably works for other charge weapons too... only done it with Arch pistol. Seems to work about 90% of the time, once in a while it seems to miss.

Yeah, I don't usually play batarians. Lol, decapitating a Banshee must feel glorious. Not sure I'd call that ravager's thing a... Head though. But I never noticed it

Don't know about powers, but if I'm revived with enemies around, I usually get a shot or two in this way immediately. It feels cool to get up already fighting.llandwynwyn wrote...
You can shoot before your revive is totally complete. I think you can use powers too, not sure.

To note : this is were you have to shoot on a ravager if you want to score a headshot (with the 40% bonus dmg).

About the DoT, I have been told by enough people not to doubt that, but... As I said, it just won't work for me. Have absolutely no clue why.

If you heavy melee with a turian while trying to get up from a rez you can fire with the Hurricane during the getting up animation. Haven't tested other guns but it works quite frequently on the Hurricane.(Most people should know this)
That is true about the flamer, but if you just sprint or use a quick movment like a combat roll you turn off the flamer.
