268) You have done every single side mission in the trilogy without looking it up on the ME wiki.

273) You know the back stories to every planet in ME without looking it up.

274) At least one of your playthroughs in any one of the games has 3-4 saves. (I'm actually guilty of this. It surprised me when I saw that I had 4 saves in my entire playthrough of ME2)

I have about 40 saves in each of my playthrough in ME3, about 30 saves in each playthrough in ME2 and ME1. Guess I save too often :)

I'd like to point out just how many of the ones said so far are so very, very true for me. All of thsese are pretty true as well.

282) You judge your worth of a human being by how many friends you have dragged into Mass Effect (I'm up to 3). Bonus points for how many you're able to convert to your LI of choice (2 so far).

283) When you have a tutorial on how to recreate almost all of the Alien voices in Mass Effect.

284) When you can literally contribute to every conversation, no matter the subject, by bringing up something from Mass Effect.

285) When your friends just roll their eyes and aren't even surprised when #284 happens.

286) You know you've played too much Mass Effect and EarthBound when the HEM makes you genuinely angry at it's very existence. (Although, admittedly, if you could get rid of the synthetics and alter some dialog, add some mourning, the squad reunions should be stolen from it and put on an Extended-Extended Cut)
287) And then realise that any game that has it is really just an extended metaphor for Shepard dying in a ditch and the Reapers winning. (Because I hope for a sequel, and for a creative way of importing invalid saves, unlike the OutInABlazeOfGlory saves of 2)
288) When you name and get attached to all your MP characters, particularly AIU and geth, just to make yourself care a little more when you Destroy all synthetics at the end.
289) When you realise just how awesome a villain Kai Leng really is - he's hated by all, a true heel. His job.
290) When you make krogan impressions to your two year old niece and she loves it.
291) When it finally dawns on you that the Catalyst's stupid troll logic is a character trait, not poor writing. Still want to slap it, though. But then I'd be murdering everyone! :D
292) When you start to like people less for their opinions of the game and choices and decisions. (Yes, guilty of this myself - not too kind to people who think of geth as pure white innocent victims)
293) When you're still thinking of crap to add to the list.
294) When you make the connection that Shepard Surviving = Squad Reunions. Or does playing too much ME stop you from seeing that?
295) When you play Shepard as a character, and insert yourself into the game world through MP instead.
296) When I invision myself gaining +2 Renegade because some of my listings could hurt feelings.
297) When you start correcting people: no, armour doesn't protect you from bullets in ME, unless it's the first game, or the armour gives you a HP bonus of some kind. (Health, shields, or both)
298) When you don't understand that I call myself a Talimancer because I like shipping her with Shepard - she's really not my type, honestly. Yes, despite my signature... smartass.
299) When you posted thirteen examples all in one go.

David Keith as Nick Fury in Marvel Heroes online...  Something doesn't feel right about that.  I've gotten used to hearing Jennifer Hale everywhere.  Same with Steven Blum.
