I'm curious to see what a typical public match looks like lately, so post a pic of what a typical end match screen is. I know you can't tell much by score, but I look at medals which isn't really any better. Edited out all the GTs (Even mine). Chose the end match screen because it has the most info.

As long as someone gets either the bronze+ Assist or bronze+ Kill medal, they're okay by me. Which every one of us did. Also sorry for the crappy phone pic.

This was actually a pretty fun match. We got center hack wave six and someone managed to lock us in the Core. I got instakilled by a Phantom during I think wave eight or nine in the very beginning, That was lame. No one got angry over kill stealing or anything like that.
But lately public Gold matches tend to take 25 to 30 minutes. It's a very long time to me, but oh well. Take what you can get.

So for those who play public matches frequently too, what's a typical game looking like for you now?

Note: Hopefully I'm able to link the pic into the post. If not, I'll try again. For some reason it's a little more difficult from my phone.

This was partially my fault. I went down wave three and got insta-stomped during an Escort. I'm ashamed.

I would have guessed just looking at that scoreboard, based on the extreme time and scores, that someone ended up soloing multiple waves from quite early on. That's a very untypical scorecard imo.

Yep seems about right. =___=

Except I only got that screen once out of the 5? 6? PuG games I had last night.
One had the most even scores I've seen.
The rest were wipes LOL.

Someone having to solo the latter waves ( 7,8 and 9) happens 2/3 matches from what I've played. It slows down the game a lot.

Is that what happened? This only happens to me maybe 1 in 10 matches. One wave where all but one fall early maybe, but 3 waves?

Just think, after a few weeks of putting up with us, you'll have a whole lot more Gold veterans out there to PuG with.

What I've been seeing a lot of is people burning through medi-gels in the first five waves. Which leaves them with one or none from seven onward.

I don't mind them. Actually I enjoy helping them out. I just wish they'd know better than to try Gold before Silver.

Looks like they were all trying. They probably have crappy common weapons and no gear.

When I score like that I often wonder if the match was enjoyable for them. I allude to the one time I got thrown into a lobby with Ashen Earth and Uh Cold... watching them nuke spawns was probably the most boring 20 minutes of my life.

So a lot of times I let up and let others get the kills on enemies. Gotta remember that nobody asks to be carried, somebody just scores a lot and claim they're the carrier.

Either way, good job carrying those scrubs.

there are only so many points to go around

if someone is very fast and experienced and has heavy guns and high DPS powers, he will get the biggest share of the total score

it does not mean the rest of the team players are bad, unless they couldn't carry themselves which you can't tell from the final score

to make conclusions you need more info. to me, a good pug player is a player who is not constantly dying and is helping with objectives, that's it.

e.g., if you are a batarian brawler fighting geth on gold you will naturally outscore the rest of the team, does not meant they are bad

Smells like QME.

Randoms only bother me if they are blatantly cheating or leeching. Randoms sucking is expected (but not disdained). That way, when one is good, it is a most pleasant surprise.

Alliance Human Male, which IMO is a severely underestimated kit.. Finished my MQE 200 waves and decided not to play him anymore until I get Machinist done.
