You can tell when a game going long as soon as your objective counters start getting to the 2 minute mark. Still for randoms scoring around 75k each thats kind of crazy it went that long

In a nutshell.... 2 of 4 players are ready/able to play gold if you are lucky. I have been surprised at the newbies rocking low level N7s out there, some quite well and most very badly. Good job Schkodin, that was not a breeze.

I hate playing the TGI... when pugging lately, if I want to have any relaxation, it is TGI/KS for me lately. Amazed I am so late to the KS train....

I just finished a Reaper gold that wiped out on wave 10 objective hack(Just ran out of time) Finished with about 135k trying out my quarian male infiltrator for the 2nd time and the next closest dude had 40k. In a weird sense, I feel like I let them down by not finishing out the wave.

You feel that way because you're a good person and a team player.

I try to reinforce good habits onto others.  ie taking risks to revive other players, letting lower level players "steal" kills.

I like playing with higher level players, although there's one in particular who has an impressive N7 & Challenge rating, but sucks to play with because he'll:
a) shoot you for no real reason, which is just annoying
refuse to revive ANYONE
c) incinerate you while you and the rest of the team are doing an escort service.  Yeah I call it that.
d) I don't have proof of it, but I bet he tortures kittens.

On topic:
Here's two very good games I had tonight. Actually leaving my GT in the pic for... purposes. Yes, I suppose I'm waving my e-peen aorund but I didn't want to leave doubts in anyone's mind.

This first one is extremely blurry and I'm sure that bigfoot is in there somewhere. Dropped in wave two. But I surprisingly finished Flamer use, Wraith use, Shotgun Mastery, and Mantis use in this one match. Was also surprised that it was an U/U lobby.




This second one I knew was going to go well based on peoples loadouts/consumables picked. And it did. This is a "every once in awhile" type match where we get it done below 25 minutes. Also had an extremely good connection to the host. No Atlas butt rockets, I had a shield gate that I could actually here, and there was almost zero latency. Twas nice.

I've just had the pleasure to play with a wonderful PuG. We played several games together and this was the fastest one:
Vancouver/Cerberus/Platinum in 18:25

Nothing special, but here are two matches in a row.


Human Engineer was damned good. I was Drellguarding, which is always a good time. Other two were a Volus Vanguard and a Human Soldier.


This time, I was a Krogan Soldier. The Volguard and Engineer stayed. Someone with an N7 rank of showed up, which is why I took something tanky and prepared to carry.

Good fun. It's nice to feel useful on a team, and a lot of the time, with non-randoms, I know that I'm not really necessary for the team's success.

um....when i see these kinda score screenshots.....i often wonder if the dude with the lopsidedly high score is the host...if so...HOW BAD WAS THE LAG for the others?


....i wanna grow a handlebar mustache....and then dress like a turn of the century strongman and hang out at the beach. get all Charles Bronson up in there....FOR THE ART!!!

I was hosting, but I wasn't high score by a wide margin or anything. And sure, I WAS downloading ridiculous amounts of porn, but what does that have to do with the game?

Wish I could grow a good handlebar, I grow everywhere well except for my moustache (take that how you want)

I don't know about others, but I rarely host and most the games when I have to carry the host is usually on the other side of the world or connected to the internet via a toaster, making it that much more difficult.

So I clearly don't know the best way to post images here, but this was late last night, Condor, Geth. There didn't seem to be much lag, there just wasn't much contribution from the team. I posted two pics so that it was more clear that we extracted, as one of them is more blurry than the other. .

The sad thing about that match was that the last place guy actually joined during wave 4 or 5, so he was actually contributing at  a higher DPS than the 3rd place guy, and maybe even the 2nd place guy.

Headshotting stuff consistently will result in a much higher score than if you merely bodyshot enemies.

Scored 200k yesterday on Giant (host left during one of the later waves, so I doubled some medals (50 kills + 75 kills, the latter acquired in last 4 waves; 2x 10 Headshots, assists...). I was actively aiming for the head all the time, and without that my score would be probably 10-20k lower.
