I....I'm sorry guys. I misread it originally when I read about the increase in damage due to rank.

I will now do my obligatory walk of shame. Please feel free to point and laugh.

Hahahaha that made my day, man!

But there's no need to feel so ashamed, everyone makes mistakes.

Also, reading it back I think I was a bit too harsh. I'm sorry, I was in a bad mood. Those Phantoms kept on impaling my poor Drelldept trying that platinum solo <_<

But yeah, kudos for aknowledging the mistake like that ;)

That said,

As stated BE's have nothing to do with your power damage, only the level of the skills being used. Two rank six abilities will produce the max damage BE they can produce.

Power Damage period has no effect on explosions.

This

AND
all explosions increase based on the HP of the enemy unit, so atlases will explode for more than a husk, and a gold atals will explode for more than a bronze atlas

I'm in a good mood now, so I'll say it nicely: this is not true, try to double-check what you say next time someone asks for something ;)

The damage explosions do is difficulty-based, yes. But it is no other way related to the health of the enemy. An explosion detonated on a husk will do exactly the same damage than one detonated on a possessed praetorian.

Also, since someone asked/mentions this: yes, warp "expose" evolution and anything else that improves the damage taken by an enemy (called debuff) will also improve the damage that the enemy takes from the explosion.

But it will not improve the damage of the explosion itself.

Saying that an enemy takes more damage from the explosion is different from saying that the explosion itself does more damage, because if there is another (non debuffed) enemy in the explosion's range, that enemy will take the normal damage, not the buffed one.

Hope I cleared that up =]
