Mine is Cerberus no doubt. Yeah it has the phantoms and the much hated dragoons but it also has some good things: No geth hunter stunlocking you. No geth bomber spreading grenades. No banshee magnet hands. No scion grenade salvo and so on...

Infact i did my solo gold vs cerberus as opposed to geth with a krogan vanguard. With geth i always got killed wave 8-9. With cerberus i did it on first attempt despite 2 sync kill units roaming the map compared to no sync kill units from geth. Besides i like the comments from cerberus units compared to the sounds the geth make or the strange sounds of the Reapers and Collectors.

Reapers and Collector are ok too but they have their bad sides. Geth are just an annoyance.

Cerberus. I love hearing them panic and call for back up. Phantoms are a b***, but killing one is so satisfying!

Lately I have really been enjoying the collectors. I like the challenge. I like that praetorians and scions are both dangerous, both also contain some pretty devastating weak points that can be exploited.

You just need to have respect for all the base level enemies, and cant let yourself get overrun by abominations, swarmers, troopers and captains.

Reapers are fun to burn.

Reapers. Despite the occasional magnet hand, they're the least cheap faction.

Geth has excessive stunlock.

Cerberus has speedhax.

Collectors are totally overpowered.

Cerb and Collectors are cool too. I refuse to play Geth for obvious reasons.

Familiarity, easy stuns, slow boss? Cerberus.

Makes me want to throw the game out the airlock? Geth. I hate them so very much.

Truthfully, I think I have the most fun against Collectors.

Cerberus are fun because they're the Quisling faction, and feel just human enough that the fact that they're husks really hits home.

Geth are also kind of the Quislings, but to a lesser extent - and stunlock is both far fairer and also more challenging than the BS level scaling of ME1 or the underpowered ragdoll abilities of ME2. If you get stunlocked, you dun goofed. Sprinting prevents it, krogan and batarians resist it, and Devastator Mode laughs at the very notion of it.

Reapers are just the atrocities of this cycle personified. Collectors are the same, with a dash of Prothean mixed in.

Overall, Cerberus are the most interesting to fight, because I like to imagine cutting a swath through their forces on Cronos Station with my MP guys until Kai Leng (in an alternate "I'm not the ****iest person alive" universe) steps in and makes life hell. In the funnest way ever for the player.

Probably Cerberus. They have a lot of units to pull with my justicar and phantoms are always so satisfying to kill. Geth is a close second.

Cerberus, they got the best variation of units. Dragoons are kinda pain at times, but still.
