Reapers are my favourite, both their sync kill bosses are easy to deal with - Brutes die so quickly nowadays with both powers and guns, and banshees are predictable in their behaviour, slow and lumbering.
If you have someone on your squad always prioritising Ravagers (I usually do as an Infiltrator) then they have nothing to threaten you with.
