Is this a known bug? I joined some game on Hazard Reactor (Xbox) and while the lights were there and the audible venting warnings came up there was no button available. Is this a known bug? Did they move the button?

I searched and found a couple other people who had noticed this issue but didn't see any explanation.

I would guess you weren't hosting probably. There are times when an off host player can't see or interact with certain aspects of the map.
