This is the "SOCIAL" website, on which game players visit with one another about Bioware's games. It isn't for support, it isn't for contacting anyone at either Bioware or EA. The fact that two of Bioware's people can occasionally, rarely, find time in their work schedules to post a few answers here is just a very special thing for monthly or less frequent visits.

ACCOUNT problems have ALWAYS been EA's Help Center items. Always.

Yeah... I don't talk to EA. Probably because they're too cheap to hire an American to pick up the phone.

Oh well, last Bioware game I ever buy. Cheers.

Whether Jeff or Jesse had even been available the last couple of weeks, or not, they simply cannot change ACCOUNT information.  Prior to your killing off that account of yours, had either been on hand, they couldn't have FIXED what was wrong, but probably could have been able to see enough to at least explain what happened in the first place.  You could have tried sending Jesse a PM and then waiting to see what he could learn, if anything. 

Meanwhile, there are three routes to the Game Advisers.  There is eMail, which is very slow, and handled by the least capable and least motivated of the personnel.  There is a telephone number to call, which you aren't interested in using, and there is the LIVE CHAT, which is the best of the three.
