 I suppose punching Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani works better as an interrupt.

The one that annoys me though, is when Fai Dan takes about 10 seconds to stagger up unthreatening, obviously trying to control himself, and shoots himself if my character still has gas grenades left. Shepard has plenty of time to just pitch a gas grenade at the idiot and save him.

I like that idea. I'd also like to have had the persuade Saren he's indoctrinated lines done by interrupts, and there should definitely have been renegade interrupts for killing 'Lord' Darius and for shutting up the guy who traps you down the mine with the bomb by slapping omnigel all over it right away....

"Oh, you mean this bomb? *gel**gel**gel* Get ready, sh!t for brains, I'm coming."

I'm sure I could think of more if I replayed it.

Definitely wanted a renegade interrupt while talking with Charles Saracino - the politician with "Terra Firma".

He cut across Liara, then contradicted her. I wanted to punch him in the face...or blow his head off.

Actually it would be great to have interrupts for Conrad Verner. Like multiple interrupts: slaps, kicks, grab his ear, throw him down the stairs....

During the love scene with Ash. There´s room for both P and R interrupts.

A Paragon to save Fist from being killed by Wrex.

Renegade interrupts so you could turn off the Council.
