Vanguards, Infiltrators, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles would be the most simplistic version. Although I became tolerably proficient with the Asari Vanguard and loved the Kroguard.
Though now I am doing Pheonix Vanguard and it is very much a case of down to Earth with a bump. I even gave in to the hype and tried my Wraith on him from sheer desperation. Nightmare. Husks laughed at me as I missed from point blank range. I was a good source of revive medals though.

I suck with anything that is claimed to be OP. TGI, GI, Harrier, the Typhoon/Krysae pre-nerf, etc.

im total crap with harrier i cant make it work even if i yell at it and bash it a against brutes i gues its the low ammo count as it always makes them beep sounds when i need it to kill

Black Widow, funnily enough I do alright with the Javelin though.
GPS, I always feel like I'm doing it wrong.
Either character with Marksman.

Proxy mines, I can never get the timing down with them, and the Asari Infiltrator her cloak and biotic combo doesn't play well with me.

Two things, really:
1. Snipers. It's bizarre, because I can do okay-ish using sniper rifles in, say, Borderlands or Fallout. But then again, that's because I am slowly and lazily sneaking up on an enemy in a large map. Here, in ME3 MP, where things feel small and frantic on all parts of the battlefield... I cannot use sniper rifles to save my life. It's just flat out awful. I have tried every Infiltrator and every sniper rifle, it's just not happening for me. I stink at it and anytime I feel masochistic enough to work on the sniper rifle challenge banner, I contain myself to a solo Bronze match to spare the world from my crappiness. I will NOT subject people to that ever again. Twice on Bronze was embarrassing enough.
2. Characters that can dodge. There, I said it. The polar opposite of basically everybody else here on the forums. But my love of Turians has hurt me in that one way. Between Turians, Krogans, and Batarians being my main power races, anytime I venture into any other kit, I tend to do not so well. And a lot of that I can contribute to honestly forgetting other races can actually, you know, roll and dodge stuff. I'll either not even try because I forget I can dodge (taking Banshee Warp balls to the face is easy for a Turian Sentinel, not so nice for, say, a Geth Engineer) or I'll screw the timing up and end up taking the hit anyway. Even with the Armiger Turians, who I will play around with their jetpack dodges before Wave 1 starts, once I start shooting, I forget it's there 90% of the time.

Slayer. I don't like Vanguards in general but I do well enough except when I use the Slayer. I'm also terrible with the Javelin even though I can run gold with just a Widow with no sidearm. That shot delay really throws me off.

I am terrible on PC with almost everything.
I am bad half the time on Xbox.
Screw the N7 Demolisher.
I absolutely suck with grenades. Screw grenades.

I'm noticing a trend...
Everyone who isn't Scottish seems incapable of playing melee characters well...
Interesting....
Last time I checked Upinya wasn't scottish...unless he's hiding something from me!
I garauntee he can't mash faces in melee combat like I can.
After all, I learned how to dance on Unreal Tournament.
lol i'm far from scotish and yeah i played that game too. it was awesome!
and i'm pretty dam good with melee builds.

Anything that can't dodge at all (some Turians, Krogans, Batarians). I play extremely recklessly when in CQC, so I need something to bail out of tight situations. lolrolling past Banshees never gets old

Proximity Mine. I can't use it and its tiny trigger radius for anything.
Bad at non-sniper one shot weapons- Acolyte. Claymore.
Platinum difficulty is scary to me, I am not worthy there and need a quite bit of hand holding against the hordes.
