I like them all to be honest, probably Adept the most.

What's so good about human infiltrators and soldiers? In respect to other races they just suck.

Human infiltrator can obviously shoot, but the newest turians, all drell and quarian soldier can shoot better, stickies are ok, not great (a bit hard to actually hit anything with, compared to other grenades) and cryo blast is just about useless.
For human soldiers it's pretty much the same, adrenaline rush is pretty good, frags are decent but concussive shot is bad.

The other classes have at least a one-up over other races. Adepts have singularity, sentinel is an awesome combination of skills made for massive BE detonations, vanguard with nova is unkillable and finally engineers can cause both fire explosions and tech bursts.

Is it just that u like the soldier en infiltrator classes over the others?

Cryo blast is a good debuffer and concussive shot detonates combos like a charm.
