I have completed LOTSB and visit the Shadow Broker ship several times, but the weapon upgrades never shows up in the terminals, why? How do I make them avialable?

Do you get a sniper rifle upgrade there? I thought it was one shotgun and one AR, but I'm going from memory and may have that wrong.
Edit: just checked and you're right. The two I mentioned but also SR and SMG damage as well. Guess you just have to keep at it until they appear.
