If you look under your Journal, you should see a quest under premium content.

Not sure, I'm at work right now and can't check on it. If you look at your map, there should be a waypoint on the west-side of the map. Something pass?

Ah, for Warden's Keep, you talk to... uh... Dresden or Dryden? The guy that's at your camp (not the dwarf merchants).

I believe it's something like Sulcher's Pass for Shale and Warden's Keep being a completely different DLC.
You get Sulcher's Pass from the beginning when you get the DLC installed. For Warden's Keep, you need to speak to Dreydin or something in your camp.

All you have to do is travel to Schuler's Pass on your World Map to get to the Stone Prisoner content. As for Warden's Keep, speak to Levi Dryden in your party camp.

I have played over 10 hrs to date and competled wardens keep and went through several other areas. I am currently in the Davish Elves area near Ostgard and am entering the battle in the forrest witht he werewolves. Can I go get Shale anythime and how do I get to the road to him? I am close but the map can be somewhat confusing. Also, if you do not mind, I have the blood armour but cannot seem to wear it. Do I need all the pieces first and do I need to stock pile gold? Thanks for the help.

Go to Sulcher's Pass from your world map, talk to the merchant NPC and obtain the control rod from him. Shale's village (Honnleath) should then open up on your world map.
You probably don't meet the strength requirements for the Blood Dragon armor. You can buy the other pieces from the dwarf merchant in your camp. They're reasonably priced, IMO.

It should be on your map. It's just to the west of the lake, a little southeast of Ozrimar. On the main menu check the content and make sure it's on the installed tab (there are 3 tabs). You may need to restart the game.
If it's not there, it sounds like a bug. You can try to uninstall it and download it again, but I have no idea how to do that without uninstalling the entire game.

I forgot to add that the pass should be on your map even if you don't have stone prisoner (it was for me). It's just you won't be able to get the control rod if you don't have stone prisoner installed. Look just the left of the lake, you should see it.

It's available at any time. I installed Stone Prisoner after I started playing and when it was installed, a new Journal entry popped up on the bottom left of the screen (where all notes pop up) mentioning Sulcher's Pass.
