There's no reason to believe that a human penis would be larger than an elven one or smaller than a qunari one. The penis isn't a bone or a muscle, it's length in primates tends to be based on the sexual habits of females.

To answer your question OP, I'm not quite sure how it would be uncomfortable? I'd imagine Thedas finds comfortable sexual positions like we do? A smaller female elf wouldn't have a problem of sitting on top of a giant male? Or a smaller male in missionary on a bigger female? If you're implying anything about genitalia size is based on height/body structure...all I can say is don't pay attention to stereotypes? I guess? I'm sure they'll find a way to be comfortable. But yea, this is kinda awkward...lol

So my gf tells me. But I doubt there is a lot of difference in genitalia size between humans or any other of the races. Maybe the Qunari or the Fex, whatever they look like.

Edit: My reasoning for elves, dwarves and humans being similar is that humans have cross-bred with both of them.

I dunno man, it seems to work fine with really short petite people who are dating really tall "big" people. I guess the same rule would apply with Elves and humans... unless the female and male Elves just grin and bear it? :-S
