Does anyone know how to transfer a character from one PC to another? I use my laptop at school but my desktop at home. However this works will it also work for saved game files? Will it e a simple process?

BTW I am not very smart when it comes to computers.

Thanks in advance.

MOST likely all user files will be saved in your Documents folder under a folder called Dragon Age. Might be a sub folder of Bioware, EA, My Games or similar. When you find the folder, copying the saved games folder should be piece of cake.

For Vista the save files are in the User/Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Pre-Release Characters folder. Just copy everything in that folder to a flash drive or whatever and transfer them over to your desktop/laptop.

I emailed those files to another person so they could open the character up in the character creator. Works great. Just make sure you get all of the files, there are 4 per character.

When the actual game appears, there will probably be something like an overall profile file in the savegame folder as well as the games themselves. Make sure you transfer this as well. (Easiest way -- just copy the whole folder.)
