Alright, so I'm logged in on DAO, and I used the same e-mail account on both EA, Bioware and Social.Bioware.

When I try to redeem the code on DAO I---
put it in case-sensitive - Fail
Put it in all caps - Fail
Put it in with hyphens - Fail
Put it in with no hyphens- Fail
Put it hovering over all avalible DLC - Fail

When I try to redeem it on social.bioware I--- (also the social.bioware is linked to DAO because it shows my progress)
put it in case-sensitive - Fail
Put it in all caps - Fail
Put it in with hyphens - Fail
Put it in with no hyphens- Fail

I don't know what else to do, it just doesn't seem to work, help?

Make sure your placing the code at the correct area.

From the dragon age menu screen select DLC. Whne in that area select (Y) to enter code. Once in the screen to input your code, make sure your code looks like this for it to work.

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

If it still will not work for you, it could be a bad code, or it could have already been used.

Well I figured out that the code itself i was putting in wrong becasue the little "b"s are actually evil little "6"s. So I redeemed it on the site and it gave me in nice green text "congrats blahblah!" but I try it on the Xbox and it still yells saying "No you fail :["
