When you do it off-host with the Quarian Marksman or Turian Soldier it gets really fun.

You can often fire 3 shots before the game realizes that you only had 2 in the clip, and can even get off 4 under Marksman.

and since Marksman reloads, 7 shot Raider =P

Add in the piercing bug for Atlases and I was pretty much downing them in 1 "clip" on Gold.

Can I use a Drell Adept for your challenge? Because his iWin button doesn't even have a cooldown. Or maybe a Fury? Her iWin button has a quicker cooldown than Tac Cloak by far. I don't know of a more obvious 'iWin' button than Adrenaline Rush with a Claymore. I can be drunk and still kill everything because if the guy on the left didn't die when I shot him I still have another shot to try shooting the guy on right. 

Essentially your argument has become "anything more powerful than a Vorcha Engineer is EZ-mode and OP." So ridiculously absurd. It's a bad argument and you should feel bad.

I play with a few people on an a regular basis, and it has been my observation that everyone pretty much always scores what their skill level says they should score, irregardless of what class they play. I could take a TGI Harrier and I still won't outscore Deerber or Aedolon or cowwy or Mollusk. Easy mode isn't as easy as you want it to be.


The drell adept or vanguard requires a bit more skill than your average infiltrator does.


I don't play Vanguards so I can't comment.

But the Drell Adept? He's my favorite character and I disagree...a lot. With an infiltrator I actually have to, you know, aim. With the Drell just Reave and then 'nade. The damage is just absurd, it takes no focus or skill of any kind, just run around and roflstomp everything.

And if you're referring to survivability, I still disagree. The Drell is so fast I can run straight up to enemies and shoot them right in the face and they won't hit me. It's almost silly how much survivability he has. Against Geth he's got way more survivability than an infiltrator because Hunters and Primes see straight through the cloak. Prime shooting at me? As a Drell, no problem, I'll just walk sideways and continue shooting.

And you didn't even touch on the Fury.

Warp Rounds IV does 60% which is increased by 100% multiplicatively on primed targets for 120%.

I'm assuming that the Human Soldier is also using Warp Rounds IV though which adds up to 130% with Adrenaline Rush. Justicar can get the same weapon damage from her passive as a Human Soldier.

She'll surpass the Human Soldier on primed Barriers since she's doing 240% to the Human Soldier's 190%.

AR does also have that free reload, though.

When it comes to spike damage it's very hard to beat Adrenaline Rush because of the dual Claymore shot.

I never found the wraith useful with adranline.  To long of delay between shots.  But I think I'll be playing with the raider on my HS later tonight. :D

The problem really isn't tactical cloak. It's the ideal combination of powers that basically makes 3, now 4 of the infiltrators OP. Hunter mode, grenades, recon mines, and infinite stimpacks. Not sure what you can do as changing it at this point will hurt the other infiltrators. Vanilla human, slayer, FQI which I don't think folks around here really complain about.

Sure we have overpowered classes, that can easily outscore other kits. Or deemed to easy to play. But at the end of the day the only thing it really hurts is our ego. If you are saying a class is to powerful or to easy, then why play it? If you say playing with those kits makes it to easy, leave the lobby or kick them. Play with friends or ask them not use them. I really think balance is simply a kit is overplayed, and only Bioware has that data. But at this point they created these kits, and maybe looking at future kits they can make TC bonuses unique just like the huntress. Or at least learn that putting OP powers combined with TC will make a given kit OP. So next infiltrator, TC, decoy, and combat drone. Folks won't use it but folks will stop complaining about another overpowered infilatrator.

I'm confused.  Shoot, "freaking delay" might as well use CS in the process, shoot, adrenaline for a quick shot 3rd?  Is that what you are saying?  Where does the second shot come from?

That's it, I had bad wording. :blush: Cause you're going for 4 in the end right? On the HS, I count the Wraith + Raiders clip as 4... :lol:
