I have a job that keeps me at work twelve hours a day. What keeps you from playing? A great television show? A nagging spouse? Pesky children? Annoying Cats? Dogs that demand to go outside? All of the above? What do you have to do instead of playing?

There's only so much repetitive horde mode I can take. And depending on my mood, I can take days or weeks to go back to it.

Work. Social activities in real life. Replaying the ME Trilogy campaign. Writing when the muse hits me.
Otherwise, I'm usually playing.

Suspicion that credits and XP from match will be glitched out of me, so I may read a book with much better results.

Little projects that involve me breaking/building/constructively dismantling with force something interesting.
So basically, nothing, apart from work 3 nights a week...

Work, university + social life. And lately DA:Origins. That game is super addicting. ME MP is suffering a lot from this. >_>

It's gotten stale, and losing connection to the servers right after I complete a Platinum run and losing all my credits sort of makes you lose the will to go on.

Well I play like 5 or more matches each day, silver and gold.
But what keeps me away from it when I don't play is anime, eating, listening to music(though I do this even though I play sometimes), surfing the forums I'm on, youtube.
I don't have a life, otuside of the webs

2 kids, one of whom I do NOT play Mass Effect in front of due to his propensity to reenact everything he sees (age 2). He currently uses his Lego blocks to build rifles which he carries on his back like Shepard does.
Other than that, it's work, spouse's TV habits and playing single players ported from ME1 & 2.

Whaaaat are you kidding !!! Not even ISHYGDDT's reason can keep me away (25th Wedding Anniversary this year and well you know if you've been married a while
). Seriously, my husband who requires lots of TLC, (two dogs who get more TLC than husband incidentally), housework and the usual multitude of things you have to do once you get married and buy a house. When I retire and get loads of free time (about 25 years) and I''m playing ME11.......

7 Hours of school.
Working out and MMA training would also keep me busy, but my back is currently screwed up and i'm on rest until the doctors figure out what the heck to do with me.
