I was playing through Dragon Age today when I saw an X on my map. I hovered over it and it said "secret room". I was in the raw fade so since I had my different forms, I assumed there was a secret room (not knowing I was in the secret room), so I changed my form into a rat (while hugging the pillar) and surprisingly I ended up on top of the pillar! I moved forward a little and fell off the map! Here are some screen shots showing the process.

I then proceeded backwards and off of the map. Some screens outside of the map:







Was a lot of fun If anyone else has posted this already, I apologize, but I promise you I found this out 100% by myself accidentally.

I had something like this happen to me in Ostagar. I don't have screenies, but if you go up the stairs behind Duncan, turn left at the soldier telling the men about the darkspawn, and follow it all the way to the end (past the praying priestess), there's a broken section of wall that I fell thru and ended up "inside" the building almost at ground level where the cutscene battle with the darkspawn happens. Obviously, I had t reload. There was no way out of the glitch. Kinda fun, even if I did lose about 30 minutes of playtime lol.

Yeah, there was no way to get out of my glitch either, so if you do try it, save right before.

I found the same kind of glitch, where you go off the map, in Wilhelm's Cellar. In the second main room there is a bunch of roots in a cracked bit of the wall. Luckily I quick-saved before going into it, and I went right through them and went outside the map.
