I think a romance DLC should flesh out the Diana Allers romance, and also add as a romance option that keeper in the docks that is constantly pushing your Shepard around.

If this hasn't been said, there should be a self-love romance option. Shepard starts one-sided conversations with his/her mirror, eventually culminating in a tastefully done "sex" scene.

I already act like a dick to Kaidan so he won't hit on me, don't need the same crap from Garrus. <_<

There really needs to be an early, "you're cool and all but I'm straight" line.  Perhaps even expand that to all possible LIs for your Shepard in some way.  That way you can then be nice and get to know them well without worrying about locking them in as a romance.
