You kind of messed up on Sten's response for Bella. Sten liked it when women would have jobs that are stereotypically women jobs. It is why he approves when you kill Loyd and tell Bella to take over the tavern. He thinks running an Inn is a woman's job, although he would probably also approve of them handing out food and drink. I mean, all of the judges should approve on at least one character, and this was his best chance.
