I used my PS3 account (I'm also on PC but kinda suck at keyboard/mouse) and chose the TGI/Harrier X and Giant/Reapers, probably the most unoriginal way of doing it imaginable. I just wanted to get through it and was not going for anything particularly special.
I do feel like I got trolled by the objectives, which were hack 4 targets/escourt/hack 4 targets, but then I ran into the world's nicest, most forgiving phantom on wave 10. I was hacking the last target and a phantom came from a blindspot right towards me. She couldn't manage to shoot me right off, at least, because I was partially in cover, but then she came around the cover and was about a foot away... then instead of pulling me into a sync kill or meleeing me at my complete moment of vulnerability, she backed off, stripped my shields with her handcannon, and then decided to politely wait in cover until I was done with the objective. I wanted to return the favor somehow... but alas, I had no choice but to headshot her a few seconds later.
It always amuses me for all that the game and AI can be amazingly aggravating in its attempts to troll you, occasionally by random coincidence it will end up working out in your favor. Anyone else out there have any insanely lucky breaks like that, either soloing or during a team match?
