Is this Armor in the Game?

I always preferred this armor to anything the game had to offer. Also the shield and helmet.
Like illerianna mentioned, the Trailer Warden Mod was a great hope to get something that looks at least as close as it gets. Leliana's armor was also planed as part of the next update, but there are no news in 2 months. I just hope this mod will be finished... or maybe someone at BioWare shows some mercy and they make a DLC with armors from the trailer (+ warden's haircut and tattoo)...
here a picture from the planed update:

This was the entire armour. It is indeed the armour the Grey Warden wears in all the CGI trailers. I really wanted this armourset available in-game but I am presuming they decided on the Warden Commander Armour instead, which is sadly a simple reskin of Heavy Plate Armour which IMHO looks waay too clunky. Makes it look as if a child is wearing oversized armour.
EDIT: Just realised there was a similar post above this and I'm glad there's at least two of us. At least it's here for all you lazy folks.

When the modder ends up releasing this texture, I plan on retexturing it blackEthan009 wrote...

I would also love to have such armor.. It just looks exactly like what one would be wearing if one were a grey warden like you play in the game..

No that's the cinematic staff. Bioware probaly doesn't own rights to the model, if they've outsourced the cinemtic trailer.
True, they could still buy the permission. When you look around you will see how many players are obsessed (in a good way) with this trailer. Both faces of all characters and equipment are wanted by the community.
So, lets hope BioWare is willing to add at least those armors.

It's not a matter of luck. It's a matter of purposedly and knowingly chosing the best version of the game.

they should allow at least Xbox 360 to support the tool set. its made by the same company.

well, not all computers can hold the type of memory and video card it is needed for DA:O

It's not the same thing. Microsoft doesn't allow user generated content on games that aren't developed by them on Xbox 360, because they wouldn't have any control on the content included.
PC is different in the fact that it's free from the draconic control of Microsoft. It's an independent platform, and as such Bioware is free to let us mod games to our heart's content.
It's that simple.

This armor looks a lot like the Mass Effect 2 Blood Dragon Armor, the textures are a little different, but the over all shape of the model look similar. Would the models from ME2 be compatible with DAO?Cammy2709 wrote...

Hell I want Armour like Duncan's.
Isn't Duncan's armor seperate from the model, or is this not the case?
I've always wondered why nobody's ever simply modded it into the game. It seems like it'd be easy enough, considering the other things people have done. Granted, I don't know squat about modding, so my assumptions are completely unfounded.
