So far I've unlocked well over a dozen and have to say the Turian Sabotuer Engineer.  Those turrets with a short range flame thrower really rack up a crap ton of XP.

I haven't played as every character yet (have them all, just haven't tried some of the newer ones) but the Batarian Soldier is still one of my favorites to play as...

Probably the Paladin. Even though I haven't played him in close to a month, been going for challenges and such. He looks like a boss, he's got a solid array of powers, he can roll, he's a human, and dat shield.

Pretty even with Krogan Sentinel and Quarian Male Eng.

If Bioware ever fixes the "can't charge target" issue with vanguards, It'll go back to being the novaguards. Its just to "fudgin cool" to stand in a clear open area and not be able to charge a target, just to get your face handed to you.

Batarian Soldier is my favorite overall class. He's just too good against everything
I usually switch characters a lot, so I have a couple of classes I really like, but he's my go-to-guy.
Krogan Sentinel comes in close second because to me, he's the most versatile character.

I used to love the female engineer, but I'm terrible with her on Gold...on most days anyway.

I do prefer to play as an engineer whenever possible though, and if I know I'll be on a good sniping map, I'll pick either the female engineer, the Salarian engineer, or the Geth engineer. Actually, anyone with Overload will do.

Even though I've been having a little fling with my huntress, my one true love has always been the asari adept. Also, quarian ice queen will always have a place at my side as she was my first, I got her from my starter pack in the demo.
