I want to purchase Return to Ostegar and the only way I can find to do it is if I buy another 400 points but I already have 1040 points it even confirms that on the purchase page but I click everything on that page but nothing works except purchase more so how do i use them Help

The "problem" is that RtO has not been released yet. Once it is released, you'll be able to purchase it from the DLC menu within the game.

RtO has been delayed until further notice. The original release date was the 5th of Jan, but due to unforseen technical difficulties it had to be delayed. Or something like that. There is an official announcement in the forums about it.

Based on what I read and understood, RtO will be available and released in March 20010

Are you thinking of RtO or Dragon Age: Awakening? DA:A is due out late March.

I managed to buy return to ostagar dlc from within the game this morning

ofc download never started because its not even released.... and I lost 320 points even if the dlc is 400..... so now I'm clueless

i can't use points at all either. trying to d/l wardens keep and i can't get it to show up in dlc in the game and when i try to click on the "pc" button on the site, it just takes me to add more points. i already have enough points to get it though.

I got the points... but no DLC to buy from the game.... I wanted to buy RtO but that is not present... I do wonder when it is available... or in case it available I wonder why I can't purchase it?... or is another way to buy the DLCs?

its not released yet , thats why you can't buy it !
some of us could seen it in the downloadable content and managed to buy it but, you can't even download it yet
need to w8 for the release

i tried that already, nothing shows up under my dlc in the game at all.  it doesn't list anything at all as being available but it shows me as having points.

got it to work finally! the services.msc part didn't work however, downloading and installing the beta fix did work! thanks for the link rodro : )

it is still not working i went to the website and did what it said still nothing i have lots of ingame points and i cant spend them to buy downloadable content also i am at the end of the game now right before they crown me and i was wondering why i cant get out anywhere to even try any new downoadable content even though it says i should be able to. can a moderator please respond i have been asking this for months now and it is becoming sad
