Her original writer is Chris L'Etoile. In ME3? I think it's Walters.. I think, buuut I could be wrong.

In ME3 it's Jay Watamaniuk. He wrote Miranda too.

Oops, well my bad. But that doesn't change the facts.. Ashley's character is just destroyed.

The Ash drunk scene was quite intense for me.

Before ME1 came out for PS3, I chose Ashley in the ME2 comic. But she was virtually non-existent in ME2, so I romanced Miranda (who else would most PS3 newbs consider based on hotness and how long it takes for other options to appear?).

But, in ME3, you're forced to choose between Ashley and Miranda, starting with Ash's guilt trip on her hospital bed. I went with Miri later on, and shortly after that, Ash got drunk. At the time, I felt slightly sick, jealous really, that even though I went with Miri, I thought Ashley had reacted by going out and hooking up with Vega. In fact, I'd talked to Vega first before I found Ash lying on the floor. I felt so jealous until I found out the truth of the situation. Naturally, I got over it and realized that I'd made my decision, so Ash should've been free to do what she wants, too. But in the heat of it, the Ash drunk scene was actually rather intense for me. It made me wonder if I'd made the right decision in choosing Miri over Ash.

See, that was the bit that confused me, as it felt very implied that she did that even when you romance her. I guess it's just one of those parts where it was overlooked.

Obviously, she regrets having all those expensive plastic surgeries which turned her into a unhuman-looking Barbie doll. She has quite a deep character in ME3...
