Mods have ALWAYS been my favourite part of the DA series and was pretty much the only thing that made DA2 bearable. Will we get modding again in DA3 or will MP interfere?

You can forget about official modding tools. Bioware has repeatedly claim that modding isn't their priority. But rest assure, if DA 3 is entertained enough, I'm sure it would be worth the time and effort to create external mod tools capable to export and import DA 3's resources, even without official modding tools. We have proven it can be done with games like The Sim series... The more people play DA 3, the better chance the game will be flourished by modders, programmers, scripters, writers, animators and artists.

You can only hope that there are talented people, which are able to deal with the frostbite engine and to create tools where other people are able manipulate the game files, like f.e. a model importer to a 3d application.
A toolkit like in DAO, where your are able to create own modules, will never happen, because in the first year after release they will throw out some DLCs and then they will abandon the game for the successor.

You'll probably get the same level of modding as in DA 2 but I doubt we'll see a toolkit as in DA:O.LilyasAvalon wrote...

I'm not sure how MP would interfere. All of BioWare's games with MP has had a modding scene.
