I can see it happening, altho Ozzy promotes WoW, I can't see that guy using a computer, and all I can see is Chuck Norris pointing his finger at the reapers yelling bang, and the war being over...I dunno...there is no reason that celebs can't/don't play these games.

Celebrities are celebrities because the general population makes them celebrities. They do not just declare themselves to be famous and awesome and ask people to celebrate their existence. People do that of their own volition.

On topic: No and the player base for this game is quite small, so there is almost no chance of a RL celeb playing ME3 MP still.
